Job Description

Duties and ResponsibilitiesCandidate shall

  • File all appropriate paperwork in accordance with office policy

  • Take and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel

  • Schedule appointments as necessary to ensure operational flow

  • Provide administrative support to executive staff with office management responsibilities to include budgeting, personnel records, and payroll

  • Process Electronic Country Clearances for all deployed teams

  • Ensure travel and lodging accommodations are made for deployed personnel; making/adjusting them as needed

  • Communicate with Posts to ensure all administrative needs are met

  • Provide support to technicians for immediate administrative needs

  • Register technicians for training and upload certificates to SharePoint

  • Update and distribute IMAP Contact List/Emergency Contact Rosters on SharePoint

  • Order Office Supplies

  • Work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing materials.


Candidate must have:

  • Must possess and maintain at minimum; Secret Clearance

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong willingness to learn new technology


  • Successful completion of a full course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a Bachelor’s Degree is required
