Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Update, maintain, and upgrade existing SharePoint system to track all pertinent data to the IMAP contract.

  • Coordinate with Project Scheduler to update program schedule.

  • Coordinate with contract planner/estimators to update Trip Completion Report status.

  • Coordinate with Maintenance Engineer to track maintenance needs.

  • Coordinate with Program Administrator to track other data as required by contract and program needs.

  • Provide status updates to Program Administrator and Program Director on a timely basis.

  • Create new platforms as necessary to keep SharePoint system functional and top tier.

  • Coordinate with client to meet customer needs and ensure database is user friendly.

  • Input data as necessary to track program progress.

  • Coordinate with Logistics Technicians to track equipment and parts.

  • Present recommendations during weekly operations meetings.

  • Respond to requests for assistance with SharePoint system.

  • Work with government counterparts to ensure compliance with ITstandards and regulations.

Required Skills


  • Secret Clearance

  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Strong willingness to learn new technology

  • Great organizational skills

  • Ability to self-manage

  • 6 years’ experience with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites

  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar field is required.
