Real Property Specialist
Individual will support work activities including oversight of depot level requests for real property maintenance by Surface Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) commands (i.e. CEU’s, FDCC, etc), coordination with SILC for lease management and budgeting of lease expenses, validation of applicable utility charges as well as use of Coast Guard Support databases such as FLS, ACMS, ORACLE FAM, and SFLC Central.
Individual will assist customer with special projects as they arise and may include financial modeling and analysis, risk management, and property and cost analysis. This would involve tasks to maintain asset documentation for records of equipment, vendor assignment documentation, spare inventory, project documentation, site survey assessments, work status information, customer contact information, contractual agreements, as well as, financial budgeting, actual costs, financial analysis documents.
Assists with a full realm of administrative support services and coordinates with internal and external customers and stakeholders. Accountable for maintaining the project tracking sheet for internal use and customer use. The individual will serve as the principal point of contact at the work site for the company, and will provide technical support involving multiple tasks/projects to include, but not limited to, the following:
Support cost analysis and lease scoring in compliance with OMB Circular A-11 documentation
Review and validate all real property acquisitions to ensure compliance with current regulations, budget limitations, and operational requirements.
Assist in the coordination of all activities required to accomplish the negotiation of leases for tower and ground space to install Rescue 21 Program communication equipment.
Provide the day-to-day lease administration for existing leases, including; maintaining timely and accurate payments, and identifying, tracking, and resolving any site issues for assigned sectors.
Collect and analyze data, provide written reports and support Rescue 21 Program customer.
The proposed real property specialist shall have a minimum of 7 plus (7+) years within the last 10 years of government contracting experience with the US Coast Guard.
Qualified candidate must currently hold an Active SECRET Security Clearance
