Under direction of the Officer Manager
Keeps supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered.
- Advance computer skills to management control systems and knowledge of office operations to include filing, record keeping, and reporting.
Excellent customer service and communications skills.
Provide reports to Office Manager for specific needs.
Assists the Office Manager in the conduct of the Work Control Center and in efficient operation of production through the maintenance division.
Maintain and update work control spreadsheets.
Assist the Office Manager in preparing monthly reports for inventory reconciliation.
Maintain Work Order "hot line".
Inputting work orders in the CMMS and follow up with completion
Prepare compile and maintain maintenance production data
Able to do a variety of tasks in any single day
Plan, organize work, and meet all deadlines.
Originates necessary documents, forms, reports, etc. and to query various computer work systems to extract information concerning projects, materials, or services
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Ensures proper housekeeping practices are strictly observed.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
