Curriculum Developer - Potential Contract
Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities:
The Curriculum Developer will work within the Department of State / INL Program in Mexico City to develop curriculum for the Polygraph Inconclusive Results training course. The course contents will meet the following technical training objectives:
Polygraphist responsibility in inconclusive results
Recognition of problem
Common mistakes / faults
Inconclusive results and steps of analysis
Liability in the individual to be evaluated
Identification and implementation of change
Common mistakes / reasons that lead to inconclusive results
Strategies before the polygraph test
Quality in closing out the interview
Development of test questions
Accredited polygraph techniques
Required Education and Experience:
Must possess a minimum five years of experience in the design and development of curriculum content, training materials, training modules, and teaching aids.
Must have experience designing face-to-face training lesson plans and e-learning syllabus.
Desirable experience working as Instructional designer in Law enforcement organizations or government institutions.
Advanced Spanish level.
Excellent Spanish spelling and writing
Desirable: certified in the Instructional design competency or as Instructional designer (such as “CONOCER” Mexican Standard).
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design or Educational Psychology preferred.
